Ph.D Iv Rokaj LL.M was graduated at the Faculty of Law,University of Tirana, with an Integrated Diploma of the Second Level (Master of Science in Law) GPA 10.0 out of 10.0. He is an experienced Lecturer of Law with a demonstrated history of working as a Faculty Professor.Skilled in Criminal Law, International Law, Policy Analysis, Legal Assistance and Legal Research.
He is a strong education professional with a PhD focused in Criminal Law and an LL.M in Criminal Law at the SUNY Buffalo Law School, The State University of New York, USA. He is the founding member of the “Rokaj& Partners” Law Firm and is practising law from 2012.
During his career he as work as a member of different board as the Supervising Board at the Albanian Register of Shipping, Member of the Supervisory Board at UKT sha, Member of the General Council of the Chamber of Advocacy, Albania.
He also participated in various national and international conferences and is a Licensed Trademark Attorney at the Albanian Directorate of Industrial Property.
